Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Finiest ("the Service"), a service provided by BiswaSys ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Finiest is a personal finance planning application that provides retirement corpus calculators, investment planners, goal tracking, and peer-to-peer (P2P) lending return calculators. The Service is available at finiest.com and through our published mobile applications.

The Service offers paid subscription plans (monthly and annual). All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (or its applicable affiliate) as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, tax collection and remittance, and refund management.

• Subscription renewal: Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle customer portal or by contacting support@finiest.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices for future billing cycles. Any price change will be communicated in advance, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Service to store or process data on behalf of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@finiest.com.

The Service, its design, features, and content are the intellectual property of BiswaSys. You retain ownership of the financial data and calculations you input into the Service. We retain a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

Finiest is a financial planning tool for illustrative and educational purposes only. All calculations are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions you provide. The Service does not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiswaSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings within the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
